These days’ people are more conscious of what they are putting into their bodies. No longer do we accept the prescriptions our doctor hands out and meekly get if filled at the pharmacy or drug store.

Humor is also an important of the healing process. Though difficult at times try to see the funny side of your situation. I still get a laugh out of some of the silly things I have done due to fibro. Laughter truly is the best medicine!
